How do I order?
Very simple. Call or email us with what service you would like, and our friendly team will arrange a collection and delivery time at your convenience.
How long does it take?
Our standard turnaround time is one week but if you require a delivery sooner please let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.
How do I pay?
Payment of your service is required upon return and can be completed by paying cash or bank transfer.
Do you cover my area?
We offer a FREE collection and delivery service within a 15-mile radius of our Laundry in Three Legged Cross. Services outside the 15 miles will incur a small fee.
How will my items be returned?
All clothing will be returned as customer requires, either folded or hung on hangers. Items that are too small or bedding etc, will be flat packed and sealed.
How will you care for my laundry/ironing?
Unless otherwise agreed, all ironing and laundry will be carried out following the instructions on the label, where it is legible. If labels are not legible, we will contact you to discuss.

tERMS & cONDITIONS
What is your return policy?
We advise all customers to inspect their returned ironing/laundry upon return. If there are any items that do not meet your standards, then please call so that we can collect the items and have them re-ironed/laundered for you.
Any damaged items collected will be returned without work carried out to avoid any discrepancies.
Any losses or damages must be reported within 24 hours of return.
We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses/defects in materials that are not apparent prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for sun fading, colour loss due to non-fastness, wear and tear and shrinkage or stretch. We will endeavour to identify problem garments in advance and communicate this to you.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
We reserve the right not to iron/launder certain items, such as damaged, dirty or shiny items.
We reserve the right to make an additional delivery/collection charge of £1.00 if bookings are not kept.
We aim to remove all stains but, in some cases, this is not possible. We treat problematic stains with great caution but sometimes to achieve results we need to use harsher techniques and chemicals. We may not be able to guarantee the results.
Minimum collection is £10. If your laundry is less than £10 you will still be charged the £10.
Prices are correct from January 2022 and include VAT. Subject to change/reviewed periodically.
